What being unshakable requires:
Feeling the emotion instead of suppressing it
Noticing where it hit your body before you decide anything
Choosing the response instead of defaulting to it
None of that looks calm from the outside. It reads slower.

Today's session saw price remain around the 7,446 area without a particularly clear objective during the first 60 minutes. However, the news likely worked against the sellers and in favor of the buyers. Even so, we were unable to break above 7,490 and establish value there. In fact, the auction couldn't even hold above 7,470, with the session ultimately closing below our bearish zone at 7,446.
Today's levels were key to the analysis. And a big hug to @fvbioaraujo for the great trading session we shared today!
How to end a lie you've told yourself for two years, in one day:
1. Say it out loud. Not in your head. To one person who can actually hear it.
2. Stop planning around it. Every plan made while it stays hidden is still built on nobody knowing.
3. Come back with one condition, not a new plan. Not to fix what happened. To learn what got skipped the first time.
Your first reaction isn't the truth. It's the fastest thing your body could produce.
Pause before it leaves you. Ask what it's about, not what triggered it. Nine times out of ten the reaction doesn't match the event.
Everyone treats their first response like information. It's only ever speed.
How to change a belief you can't talk yourself out of in 2 weeks:
1. Pick the action, not the belief. You can't think your way into it. You act your way into it.
2. Do the uncomfortable version daily, not the easy one. Reps only count while you still feel the discomfort, not once you've performed past it. Mine took years in a gym, not one conversation.
3. Stop at day 14 and check. Fourteen reps of proof beat any opinion you started with.
A belief is a rep count. Not a decision.
It's not that you lack motivation. Your environment is working against you instead of for you.
Your phone is built to distract you. Your schedule has no friction against the easy option. Your first hour and your last hour are running the whole day and you're not even choosing them.
Fix your setup before you try to change what's inside you.

Accepting above 72's is the ideal for buyers, however, anything below 53's with VIX above 17.83 could see further downside action leading into tomorrow and next week..
You'll spend 20 hours a week grinding on the thing you're trying to fix.
3 hours scrolling other people's opinions about it.
2 hours watching someone explain how they did it.
But you can't sit for 45 minutes on Saturday and review your own week?
That's why you're stuck.
What do you expect, mate? They work for the BBC. They've spent years trying to instil a sense of national shame, rejecting England's history of glory and conquest instead of owning it. You can see it in the politicians too; they're building a culture stripped of ambition, one that settles for mediocrity.
If your phone, your habits, and your schedule are all built for distraction:
Your results will match them
Not your motivation
Not your intelligence
Whatever the environment was optimized for
Change your setup before you blame yourself.

What used to separate people was access. Now it's whether they actually use what they already have.
