It's just the facial feature, I really don't think balkan people with Dinaric features look like this picture, even as an approximation. They have less 'rough' features if you can say so.

It looks maybe turkish, or a darker Romanian/Bulgarian, maybe Caucasus in terms of facial features. Yet Montenegro? Bosnia? Serbia? Anywhere west balkans? I don't see it.
