An Asian freshman at a California high school was reportedly bullied and physically assaulted by an older white student described as a “super senior,” someone who has repeated multiple school years.

The younger girl was visibly distressed, crying and pleading with her attacker to stop. After learning about the incident, a Black student named Keshanti confronted the bully outside the school, sparking a physical altercation and telling her, “Go fight someone your own size.”

BART DIGUGLIELMO, 62, retired staff sergeant and trauma nurse, was killed June 30 outside the North Lauderdale Walmart.

MELISSA PAYNE stayed on scene and said it was self-defense.

Video shows a parking-space argument, then one shot. He died at the hospital.

Broward prosecutors reviewed it and said Florida law gives her immunity. No charges.
