At the start of the year, I began posting on this account with one goal: to bring some balance back to CT.
Lately, the loudest accounts on this platform have turned into snake oil salesmen. Everything is about attention, engagement, and personal gain.
Most of them operate with clear agendas: sell something, grow something, use the audience.
CT used to feel like a space for thinkers, challengers, and builders. Now it often feels like a circus.
That change has hurt the space.
It pushed away curious new people and removed a lot of depth from the conversation.
I started this account because I was tired of complaining about it privately.
Complaining changes nothing. Action does.
My only goal here is to bring value to the timeline.
No hidden agenda.
No product to sell.
No sponsor behind the words.
I have the luxury of not being able to be bought.
In January I said I wanted to take this account to 50K.
As always, I underestimated the challenge and overestimated myself.
But I’m writing this today to hold myself accountable....I will take it there.
The hard way....with depth, long format, and no PnLs.
It might be too late to hit 50K this year, but I’d like to at least get to 20K.
Before I ask for help, I want to thank the people who’ve already helped me get this far.
I’m at 13.3K because a few big accounts decided to give my content exposure.
That matters more than most people realize.
You can write for years, even write good content, but if nobody shares it, it stays unseen.
When someone gives exposure, they’re lending their trust and platform to you, and that’s something I don’t take lightly.
For that, I’m very thankful.
First, to @trader1sz , who’s given this account more exposure and praise than it deserves.
Second, to @SOLBigBrain , who was even kind enough to call people to follow me.
Third, to @DeeZe , who was the first big account to ever share my thoughts.
And to everyone else who’s helped through comments, RTs, or interactions.
Thank you, sincerely.
Now, the ask.
If you ever find one of my posts valuable, please give it exposure. That’s the only way to grow.
In return, I promise this:
I’ll keep showing up with good intentions.
I’ll keep trying to bring real value to this space, even when it feels like it doesn’t matter.
And when my voice is loud enough to lift others, I’ll pay it forward.
I’ll never use attention for the wrong reasons. I know what that power can do, and I’ll treat it with respect.
I hope this post reminds others who think with honesty and write with conviction that their voice matters too.
Because if good people stay quiet, the wrong ones fill the silence.
@PresentWitness_ The problem is no coherent plan other than beautiful tariffs.
It's will take years for companies to reshore. Few companies will commit until there is a long term plan in place and guarantees the situation won't suddenly change with the next tweet.
@tuftythecat@CobraBitcoin 100% it is envy.
A lot of these people have been in crypto for years.
Admitting they were wrong is admitting they have squandered what would be generational wealth for many.
Now, they are the ultimate bag holders, clinging to the "in it for the tech" adage.
We've surpassed 6000% ROI on this and have almost captured the entire $1000 move on $ETH.
I'd absolutely kill to long near the mid range before things go insane but have a feeling that won't happen.
Giving away 50% of the pnl of this trade to someone who has been engaging with these posts.
