Elon Musk has exercised his option to purchase 304 million shares of Tesla at $23.34 a piece. These options were granted to him as part of his 2018 compensation plan.

Tesla withheld 17.5 million shares to cover the exercise price. This did not involve any open market sales.

My impressions of Panama 🇵🇦 so far:

The Good:

✅ Plenty of luxury areas, which I know is important for some people
✅ Semi walkable, particularly in areas like Punta Pacifica
✅ You can find all kinds of international brands here, no matter what you're looking for
✅ The airport is modern, efficient and has connections all over the world
✅ Dollarized economy so operating here is very easy
✅ Surprisingly cheap across the board

The Bad:

❌ Dirty and run down in most areas of the city
❌ LOTS of crazy people, junkies, etc. Doesn't feel safe even in broad daylight
❌ Extremely hot and humid
❌ Even though it's a "beach destination", the city has no beaches at all

All in all... I would NOT live here unless I had no other choice

But if you're an American looking for a "Miami - lite" experience...

It could be a good play
