Carol Vorderman, "Do you know that there have been more Conservative MPs who have been booted out of Parliament for reasons like sexual misconduct, than there have been cases of voter fraud?"
Ros Atkins, "2 million people don't have voter ID.. Gov says voter ID protects against election fraud but since 2018, there have been only 9 convictions and 6 police cautions. We're left with a balance between fraud and not voting"
Why is the Conservative party taking away people's right to vote, by insisting on voter ID, when there have been more Conservative MPs booted out of parliament for sexual misconduct than there have been cases of voter fraud?
I'll take this one.
The idea that affirmative action or diversity, equity & inclusion policies equal lower standards is something that a lot of people believe.
Instead of citing what "I believe" like Elon did, let's use facts & a something I like to called "math"
A thread.
'I cannot fathom how the Speaker didn't allow Diane Abbott to use her own voice on a matter intrinsically linked to her as a person.'
The SNP's Stephen Flynn tells @AndrewMarr9 that the Speaker's decision-making during PMQs today was 'outrageously bad' and he should resign.
The speaker, Lindsay Hoyle, has explained that the reason he didn't call Diane Abbott to speak was because they ran out of time.
Who determines when PMQs ends? The speaker.
Wilfred Frost: Frank Hester(Tory Donor) said Diane Abbott should be shot... that's based on the colour of her skin
Graham Stuart: I'm not remotely attempted to try & defend it
WF: Should the Tory Party return the money
GS: I do welcome those who support the Tory Party
