Those in Kuala Lumpur and its surrounding areas, we will be affected by heavy rains due to tropical cyclone Senyar tomorrow. This has never happened before. Take care!
Absolutely shocked by the assault on journalist Haresh Deol happened in public space in a broad daylight, exactly a week after FIFA Appeal Committee decided to dismiss the appeal from FAM and 7 players involved in forgery and falsifying documents to represent Malaysia national team for the Asian Cup 2027 qualifier.
This is clearly an intimidation, an attempt to instil fear and attempt to silence the public from voicing their opinion and views on this ongoing scandal.
No one should be assaulted for voicing their opinion on anything, even if you don’t like it.
This incident will not silence us the public but will make us even stronger against everything that is wrong in FAM and Malaysian football.
🚨Haresh Deol, one of Malaysia’s most senior and outspoken journalists on the FAM forgery scandal, was attacked by two unidentified men this week. Deol has been a prominent voice in exposing alleged document falsification within the Football Association of Malaysia.
The attack echoes the earlier assault on national football star Faisal Halim, who suffered severe injuries from an acid attack. Months later, authorities have yet to identify the mastermind, deepening public concern over impunity.
Many Malaysians now fear that powerful figures behind such incidents operate as if untouchable—emboldened by the perception that they can simply say, “What can you do?” to every crisis they create.
The co-founder and Editor of @Twentytwo13news, my colleague and partner @HareshDeol was attacked this afternoon in Bangsar, KL. This is a first in his 25 year career as a journalist. May there be justice!!!
Bukan tak boleh tapi tak di cadangkan. Masa ayam bertelur, ada a layer of protective anti bacterial coating around the egg. Kalau kita basuh layer tu off, telur akan cepat rosak. Kadang2 rasa mcm jijik sbb ada other stains tp that layer of coating tu is protecting the egg.
Watching Malaysia securing a 1-0 win against Nepal has made me realized that this victory simply means nothing anymore.
Those 7 players and FAM have made this match and the remaining match against Vietnam next year completely meaningless.
Given the gravity of the situation and how serious the crime is committed, there’s a high possibility that AFC will expelled Malaysia from Asian Cup qualifier.
If AFC overturns the result of Malaysia vs Nepal last year and Malaysia vs Vietnam early this year, Malaysia will lose 6 points and need to beat Vietnam next year to qualify.
Regardless, I believe not a single member of association of AFC wants Malaysia to participate in the Asian Cup in Saudi Arabia because of forgery.
They will argue, Malaysia cheated so bad they should not be allowed to compete in such a prestigious tournament like Asian Cup.
For so long, Malaysians asked for clarity.
Malaysians asked for transparency.
Malaysians asked to be treated like actual stakeholders in our own game.
But every single time, all those requests were ignored, dismissed. Sometimes even mocked.
Look at the state of us today.
