What you experience @GloWorld centers just in the name of retrieving your line is unimaginable. You complained of a lost phone, yet they make life miserable for you at the point of retrieving. With their terrible network and customer service

I wasted the whole of my morning there, yet couldn’t retrieve the sim. Imagine asking me to pay N3,600 to retrieve sim when the sim is N600, then airtime worth N3,000 for such useless network. Crappy call network, slow data connection, terrible customer service. Not worth it
