Hey Mary, this is what your company is doing to its customers. I’m sure I’m not the only one who is getting ripped off by Sunrun. You damage my roof putting in your panels then refuse to take responsibility to fix it. It’s been a year!!!

@Sunrun you guys made a huge mistake on my project and didn’t even submit the sgip application docs to my electric company for my panels A YEAR AGO. They told me they’re going to CANCEL the project if the forms are not submitted in a week. Can’t even get anyone on the phone. Wtf

Oh and the new power panel you guys installed has a faulty switch and noone has come to my house to fix it even though I’ve called 10 times.

I just got my panels in JULY
