Extremely disappointed with the experience at @RailwaySeva and @IRCTCofficial today at @nerailwaygkp Gorakhpur railway station.

Train GKP ANVT Express was first delayed by 2 hours and then again delayed by another 2 hours, even though the train originates from Gorakhpur itself.

Then, they want to compete against nations where all the passengers get refund for the ticket for being 5 minutes late!

The train got delayed again, now it will arrive at 2:15 am!

Authorities from Indian Railways and IRCTC, please look into this situation and improve facilities for passengers during long delays. People shouldn’t have to suffer like this after paying full fare for their journey.

This is not just about a delayed train delays happen. But the complete lack of passenger management, overcrowded waiting rooms, and no alternative arrangements shows poor planning and disregard for passenger comfort.
