@Suffragent_ The problem now is that anyone convicted of benefit fraud can now point to this case as part of their defence and expect consistency. I've said often that sentences should be prescriptive within parameters. It would take time to set up but could work well.

@British_Airways I think someone has hacked into your app. It has changed significantly for the worse. When you try to find your boarding pass on the app it's impossible. I think you need a pdf of instructions. It's a downgrade from the original so probably worth looking at it again.

@HeadForPoints I agree. I suspect that it wasn't updated in-house as it's truly awful. When you find how to view your boarding card please let us know. In addition, when looking at flight status we got an error! Has this app been tested?

@johnnyboy9918 @santanderukhelp My wife and myself get exactly the same problem. It either doesn't recognise the DoB using their calendar or Continue doesn't work. Multiple tries and advice like you. Cache cleared and it still doesn't work. We have given up trying and now ignore the message.

@SKinnock @bphillipsonMP TBF, Kemi wasn't wrong. I'm no Tory voter but education in the UK is a mess. VAT on private schools, thus closing some down, pupils having to be added to the public schools. The money from the VAT being used for additional teachers but now fewer teachers is all you need to know.

@bphillipsonMP Gaslighting at its best. No teachers think you're doing a good job, teacher numbers have fallen, not increased. Taxing private schools means more children having to change schools. Teachers are leaving in droves due to pressure and increased class sizes. You have been a disaster.

@santanderuk I receive requests, when logging on to the app, to update my details for KYC purposes. I get to the point where you add you DoB, and using your calendar to show it, it states use dd/mm/yyyy, which I'm looking at in that format. Any ideas?

@santanderuk Hi. I selected the date from the calendar until it showed my DoB on full, and at that point it showed the message of putting it in yge format which was already displayed.

@santanderuk Thanks for the reply. I have the updated copy of the app, and tapping on the calendar is what I did to get the correct date, and while it showed my DoB in the correct format on screen, it asked me to put it in the format displayed. I guess I'll just leave it alone.

@British_Airways If only it was that easy to DM you. Now it goes through an encryption process, details in the message stated too long, and the BOT asks me if I want to change my booking! When stated 'No' it says it will connect me to an agent which after waiting a while never happened.

Most disappointing when you book flights and choosing your seats a year in advance on @British_Airways and then, when checking the seats you picked, find that they have changed them from window to middle without notifying you. 1/
