Why is your agent promising a waiver of bounce charges on WhatsApp, but your customer support later refuses to honor it?
I paid my EMI immediately after being told the charges would be waived. I have screenshots of the conversation and payment proof.
BigBasket acknowledged my complaint via email on May 8 and assigned Ticket #4778229669522. After that, there were no updates, no replacement, no refund, and no response despite waiting for more than 3 weeks.
