ASX ANNOUNCEMENT: MOU with Holcim for supply of Eco-Clay
Green360 Technologies has secured its first named commercial customer for Eco-Clay, executing an MOU with Holcim Australia for the supply of up to 4,800 tonnes per annum into Holcim’s Victorian concrete operations.
The agreement marks another major step in Green360’s transition from development to commercial supply, following first commercial production at the Calix Bacchus Marsh facility just weeks ago.
Eco-Clay is Green360’s low-carbon cement replacement product, capable of reducing emissions while maintaining high concrete performance.
Executive Chairman Aaron Banks commented:
“Securing Holcim as our first commercial customer for Eco-Clay is a significant milestone for Green360. Holcim is one of the most sophisticated buyers of supplementary cementitious materials in Australia and their decision to partner with Green360 is a direct reflection of the quality of Eco-Clay and the capability of the supply chain we have built with Calix. We expect this MOU to act as a catalyst for further commercial agreements and look forward to progressing to a binding supply agreement in the coming months.”

ASX ANNOUNCEMENT: SUCCESFUL ECO-CLAY TRIAL WITH EIFERS FOR SHOTCRETE APPLICATIONS
Green360 Technologies has successfully completed a shotcrete trial using Eco-Clay at an Eifers plant in Victoria, marking another step forward in the commercialisation of its low-carbon cement replacement product.
The trial used Eco-Clay to replace 35% of Portland cement in a shotcrete mix under standard commercial plant and spraying conditions, supporting potential applications across underground mining, tunnelling and major civil infrastructure projects.
The successful outcome further expands Eco-Clay’s potential market channels while supporting increased utilisation of Green360’s Pittong processing facility as the Company advances toward larger-scale field trials and commercial discussions.
Executive Chairman Aaron Banks commented:
“Working with Eifers to trial Eco-Clay in a shotcrete application opens an important additional end-market for our product. The plant trial demonstrates our ability to integrate Eco-Clay into established concrete processes and is further evidence of Green360 establishing new market channels. Shotcrete demand could provide another pathway to lift utilisation of our Pittong plant’s ~60,000 tpa capacity and accelerate commercial scale-up.”

ASX ANNOUNCEMENT: QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES REPORT
Low-carbon building and industrial materials company Green360 Technologies reports a strong March quarter, advancing toward commercial supply of low-carbon cement materials. Eco-Clay its flagship product can replace up to 40% of Portland cement, with commercial production supported by ongoing production from the Pittong Kaolin operation.
Executive Chairman Aaron Banks commented:
“This has been a very significant quarter for Green360 and we are primed for considerable growth. The toll treatment agreement with Calix, and commencement of commercial production of Eco-Clay announced in April, is the catalyst to build scale in the Australian concrete and associated infrastructure markets which we expect to drive top line sales. With Calix providing us with up to 30,000 tonnes p.a. plant capacity to produce Eco- Clay, our near-term focus is to deliver sales into the concrete and infrastructure markets that are seeking low-carbon cement solutions. While the toll treatment agreement is an impressive entry point, this represents only our first move into what is a much larger market opportunity.”

ASX Announcement: Federal Government Grant Awarded
Green360 Technologies has been awarded a $3.0M Federal Government CRC Project Grant supporting a national collaboration to advance low-carbon cement solutions for Australia’s construction industry.
Project partners include Transport for NSW, University of Melbourne, University of Technology Sydney, Renex Group and global consultancy Arup, working together to test and develop calcined clay as a mainstream cement replacement.
Executive Chairman Aaron Banks commented: “We are proud to be part of this collaboration that brings together a range of experts across the country to progress the use of calcined clay as a partial replacement of cement. The receipt of the grant from the Federal Government is recognition that calcined clay is key to decarbonising Australia’s infrastructure industry. Current supplementary cementitious materials, including fly ash and slag, have supply constraints in the near term for which low carbon alternatives must be made available to the market. Calcined clay emerges as the leading solution to this problem. We expect this project to have a meaningful impact in the utilisation of calcined clay by the industry going forward. We remain on track to commercialise Eco-Clay in Victoria in 1H 2026 and look forward to updating the market in due course”
