@GoibiboSupport I cancelled two air tickets recently. Spoke to customer support twice . They confirmed airline has processed the refund 10 days back and promised the amount will be refunded in 48hrs. No refund yet from Goibibo. Pathetic support and service.

@iRadhikaGupta At starting level jobs I think the disparity is not stark. Women start leaving workforce post motherhood in most cases and the number shows when you look at middle and senior management roles.
Creating the required support system at home and work is the key, I believe.
