@SofieElma I'd pick VDM. I once had a case, couldn't reach him so I used lawyers. I lost because my "lawyer" frustrated my evidence, claiming a recorded conversation with the 1st defendant is hearsay. Now I handle my issues myself; I can't pay a lawyer to take my money & mess things up.

@fccpcnigeria @FCCPCNigeria please give Case LA19214 the attention it deserves. Consumers should not suffer this level of stress and academic harm. A vendor cannot destroy a consumers' academics and finances while boldly defying regulators.

@fccpcnigeria Current Status: Due to his breach, the ₦5k waybill allowance is revoked. He owes ₦12,000 (capital + logistics). Most importantly, I am demanding ₦1,000,000 in exemplary damages for the severe academic injury, financial strain, and extreme stress caused.
