Dayveun is a tough, hard nosed PG that can shoot it. Solid handle with burst downhill. Good spin. Good athlete horizontally and solid vertically. Good sweeps/jabs out of triple threat and attack the catch on closeouts. Touch on his running floats. Smooth compact 3 ball: makes spots/relocations, hang and dribble pickup 3’s, pin 3’s, walk-in and under 3’s on ball screens, and transition pulls. Vertical contact finishes. Scoops/inside hand scoops and up and under extend out finishes. Manipulates ball screens and flat ball screens/spain action. Solid feel: sees the roll (drags the hedge out), sees throwbacks and lift passes on ball screens, kick-outs, and drop-offs. Good in open court.

Defensive Fit:
Guards perimeter 1’s and 2’s. Tough on ball defender. Gritty and has active hands.
