Last year BJP won the Muslim-majority seat of Kundarki, UP in a bye-poll.

A Scroll ground report at the time saw Muslims allege they weren't being allowed to vote.

Now a Scroll analysis of ECI data backs this up. Even worse, it also points to electoral roll fraud. Muslims are being deleted from the voter roll.
