1/2 What is the Service Level Agreement for resolving an issue. Random example 😡 an arial main cable broken leaving more than one households without any kind of service for a week now while more than 4 tickets raised so far without any resolution plan @otegr.

2/2 Keep in mind problem verified next day by OTE employee but nothing happened a week now. Sad, so far I thought @otegr had the best customer service and this was the only reason for me to be a loyal customer
