Each representative continues to ask me what the previous employee did to assist me because ITS NOT IN THE NOTES… how is this my fault as a customer.

I have been in @Verizon since 12:30… speaking to representatives over the phone because the employees (at the store I was told to go into over the phone)
….. I have had to explain myself to 5+ employees and representatives.
And NOTHING IS RIGHT STILL

Not only did my dog bust out of his crate while I was at work, he also raided the fridge & straight up trashed all of the groceries I bought 3 days ago 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃
