US Amazon and Dell customer service sucks.
@dell Bought Dell laptop online 4 months ago, service centre says warranty expired 1 yr ago. Battery drains out with 2 hours. Worst experience with Dell. reseller Little piggy tech denies warranty. @littepiggytech.
