You expect delays sometimes, what you don’t expect from @MercedesBenz is confusion, being told to call because “there’s an update” only to find out there isn’t one, and a complete lack of ownership.
The badge promises premium. The customer experience says otherwise.
Amazing that a company capable of building luxury cars can’t seem to provide a simple update on a light bulb replacement. Weeks of chasing, no timeline, no communication. @MercedesBenzUK can someone take ownership and get this resolved?
@HMRCcustomers Really? In 2025? I have 38 pages of mileage logs to send you. Not great in the sustainability effort to print all that off but so be it!

@HMRCcustomers Yes, as above, long lists then hangs up, when I say ‘something else’ for help it’s only interested in date of submission and when to expect a reply
