Literally book specific days for delivery so someone’s here for the parcels. They decide to send them on a different day and then tell you that very same day there’s been a delay and now your order is delayed by at least another day. #DPD

@DPDgroup_news Only reason I found out is cause I’ve had to keep checking online. And apparently I can’t return it cause it’s still expected but now you’re gonna attempt to deliver it when no one’s probably going to be in. What’s the point of picking specific days!

@DPDgroup_news DPD are awful, said they’ve tired to deliver a parcel a few days ago I was in all day and no one came no calling card or nothing. Told me it’s coming next day & Then have to reschedule so I do for today to be told it’s not coming and they don’t communicate with you
