@Avis to follow up on my earlier request for additional help at your LAX location. With approx. 80 people still in line, your staff just decreased from 2 agents to 1 agent. A 2-hour wait to get a reserved auto was not in my plans today.

@Avis can you please send associates to help the “2��� employees at LAX location. Dozens of folks in line and the wait for pick up is well over an hour. They are doing their best, but again only 2 agents.

Pathetic that my husband returns home to find his personal health/beauty items & bracelet stolen from his suitcase. Shaving kit, deodorant, electric beard trimmer & bracelet gone. Warning if you’re flying @AmericanAir - they have a thief rummaging through your personal items!
