Had baby E’s one year appt today and his doctor said he’s ready for milk… that’s when the realization hit that our breastfeeding journey can come to an end anytime soon and I was not ready for that :(

Every time my son falls asleep in his bassinet is so bittersweet 🥲
I love being able to snuggle him when he sleeps with us, but I also don’t fully sleep..
When he’s away, I feel rested but also miss him so much when I wake & bring him back with me in the middle of the night 🥲
