Today @meta_angels is releasing first-of-its-kind NFT lending capability. Here is the behind the scenes of how and why we built this, and why we hope it’ll become common practice in NFT projects going forward.

everyone's talking about their teams like they were at the peak of efficiency and bottlenecked by ability to produce code
here's what things actually look like
- your org rarely has good ideas. ideas being expensive to implement was actually helping
- majority of workers have no reason to be super motivated, they want to do their 9-5 and get back to their life
- they're not using AI to be 10x more effective they're using it to churn out their tasks with less energy spend
- the 2 people on your team that actually tried are now flattened by the slop code everyone is producing, they will quit soon
- even when you produce work faster you're still bottlenecked by bureaucracy and the dozen other realities of shipping something real
- your CFO is like what do you mean each engineer now costs $2000 extra per month in LLM bills
Openclaw via Slack is the perfect “third co-founder” for a team of 2. Makes hard convos more/less fair and brings a mediator to some conversations to the craziness of moving fast and breaking some things
Copy and pasted the official Claude Code Github Action and woke up to a small PR depleting all my Anthropic balance ($50 in total) while it ran for 1 hr and 37 mins 😩😩
@testrail I lead Engineering for Burger King and we are an Enterprise customer of Test Rails. We have an urgent issue that needs addressing. If you could reach out to me via DM if would be greatly appreciated.
. @Tesla saga goes on. Decided to go with a diff car w/o our preferred color. Car was scheduled for 12/28, then 12/31 @ 10 am. Everything signed, ready to go. Woke up to a text that delivery is now 6 pm and got another saying is not happening. No incentives. This is 💩 @elonmusk
Got a call from @Tesla with some incentives to renew our lease. The car was expected to be delivered Dec 28. Signed the order. The car is now expected to be next year and Tesla says they won’t honor incentives or refund thr $250. This is no way to do business @elonmusk
A really serious issue is currently unfolding across most hosted crypto frontends.
There is a supply attack on a popular connector, the @Ledger connect-kit.
It has been infected with a drainer, which you can confirm by deobfuscating the code.
Be extra vigilant!
I got @0x_EvelynNFT sending me fake offer links from https://t.co/G5iwfBVrEq (not to be confused with the real .io) and scam away 🫠
Be careful out there, degens
Optimizing for time is the way. IMO most problems can be broken into binary trees of smaller problems. We should be trying to solve those closer to the root with the smallest effort and time to ✅ . Most people try to solve the whole tree at once or obsess over the leaf nodes.
I just want to do things quickly - we’re going to die, so why blow 3 days on something that can be done 90 minutes? Is it actually going to be 16x better?
This is the core of almost all arguments I have with people I work with. Can we just do it and see what happens?
