I expected to be in awe at the visuals. And I was. I didn’t expect to cry witnessing a group perish, suffer, and mourn from the actions inflicted by the prejudiced, technologically advanced, power hungry, money hungry military. I was completely blown away. Underrated story.

Both Judas and Peter betrayed Jesus. Judas leaned into his shame. Peter leaned into Jesus. Sin doesn’t have to end with collapse. It can lead to redemption when we repent, turn to Jesus, and build our lives on Him by putting His words into practice.
