@girdley The automatic request for *private* review that @Square does is great for us. If it’s bad you can remedy it directly, if it’s good you request that they post it publicly. Also for rough NPS assume any positive review is promoter, negative is a detractor, and rest are passives.

@awilkinson @jeremiahrogers I agree it probably improves your CTR, but it undermines the credibility. A great editorial is interesting based purely on facts/writing...a decent editorial has to reach for hyperbole to drive interest.
