I'm making big changes to my business.
After trying 20 different businesses
I'm going to stick to only 1 thing:
Human performance.
Here's why & what to expect from now on.

I pretty much quit X but I've gone all in on training for the Olympics & focusing on my job.

For the first time in my life I love doing something.
Rock climbing.
I want to do rock climbing when:
- I wake up
- During the way
- Even on rest days
It's sometimes the only thing I can think about.
Then I realized for X & business it's different.
I'm not excited to write
It's not the first thing on my mind
And frankly, I'd rather spend time on something else.
The only problem is I know entrepreneurship well
I know I can't quit
I know too much
I'm going to be changing things soon.
But im wondering, does anyone else feel like this?

When I think about:
- What excited me
- What benefits me long term
- What makes me get up in the morning
I genuinely believe that this is it.
Is there better ways to do it?
Maybe.
But i know this is where I want to go.

I've created my own productivity hack.
And it's made creating new habits easy.
What is it?
You have it in your pocket
And you wake up to it everyday
It's an alarm.
I've been trying to create lots of new habits lately
None of the gurus advice about:
- Scheduling
- Make it obvious
- Insert guru tip
Has worked for me
But having the alarm at a specific time
Is like having a personal call to action
Give it a go for a new habit you want to do
You'd be surprised on how much it works.
