Dundalk will be without Vinnie Leonard, Eoin Kenny, Sean Spaight, TJ Molloy-Murray and possibly Luke Mulligan, who is currently on stand-by, for Friday's potential title decider against Finn Harps in Oriel Park due to international call-ups.

Aside from the competitive element of the game itself in losing some players who would definitely have featured, it is absolutely 100% wrong that 4 or 5 lads who have been part of a squad working towards a goal all year could potentially miss the memory of a title win. While we all hope there are many memorable days ahead for each of them, nights like what next Friday could be don't come around very often and those players are effectively being punished for representing their country by missing out on a day that they might have discussed for the rest of their lives.
