Really nice: the positioning ("a tool, not a slot machine"), the maker's letter, and a free tier that keeps every friction type. Most indies paywall exactly that. Monospace as the whole identity works.
Missing: actual prices on a section called "honest split", the product above the fold (desktop fold is a QR box, on mobile it's just words), and any social proof. One line on how it works (widgets + Screen Time, no jailbreak) would kill the "iOS can't do that" reflex before it starts.
Where the idea wobbles for me: iOS won't let you replace the home screen, so this is a widget on a blank page. One swipe and every icon is back, and the person who set the block is the one who can remove it. The name promises a dumbphone, the product is an iPhone with a widget.
And the hero sells "work / evening / sleep" profiles while free gets one. You're selling Pro in the headline. I'd lead with the pause. That's the thing native Screen Time can't do.
Good bones. Fix the fold and the pricing and
