🚨 Hiring: Clipper Manager
Looking for a killer Clipper Manager to take ownership of our entire short-form clipping network.
We’re doing $300k–$500k/month in the reselling education space and aggressively scaling our organic acquisition.
Base pay + aggressive performance bonuses.
Your job is simple:
Build and manage a network of clippers that drives 600+ qualified Discord invites every single day.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Recruiting and onboarding 10+ new active clippers/week
• Managing our entire network of active clippers
• Reviewing every clipper/content ticket daily
• Making sure clippers are actually posting every day
• Identifying weak accounts and fixing what’s holding them back
• Giving specific feedback on hooks, footage, edits, CTAs & captions
• Finding winning content and getting the entire network to recreate it
• Identifying viral products/deals and getting more footage sourced
• Setting up high-performing accounts with ManyChat
• Making sure every link, CTA & automation in the funnel is working
• Tracking what content actually generates views AND Discord invites
• Constantly recruiting, training and improving the network
This is NOT a video editing role.
We need someone who understands short-form content, creator management, virality, and performance.
You should be able to look at 50+ clipper accounts, immediately identify:
Who needs motivation.
Who needs better content.
Who needs a new account.
Who needs ManyChat.
Who needs to start posting.
And what winning content the entire network should recreate next.
Your Main KPI
600+ qualified Discord invites/day on a rolling 7-day average.
We don't care how many clippers you "manage."
We don't care how many messages you send.
We don't care how busy you are.
We care about how many qualified Discord invites your clipper network generates.
If invites are down, you figure out why.
Not enough clippers → Recruit.
Clippers aren't posting → Manage & motivate.
Content isn't performing → Fix the content.
Views aren't converting → Fix links, CTAs, comments & ManyChat.
You own the channel.
The founders shouldn't have to notice a broken link, dead account, stalled ticket, inactive clipper, or missed opportunity before you do.
DM me with:
• Your experience managing creators/clippers
• Any organic pages or creator networks you've helped grow
• Your best short-form content results
• Examples of accounts/content you've helped take viral
• Any experience with ManyChat
• How many creators you've managed at once
• A quick breakdown of how you'd approach getting us to 600+ Discord invites/day
If you're elite at managing people, spotting winning content, and turning attention into measurable acquisition, I want to talk.
If the clipper network wins, you win.

We need someone who deeply understands direct-response advertising, consumer psychology, hooks, awareness levels, and creative testing.
You should be able to look at an ad account, understand WHY certain creatives are winning, and turn those insights into the next 10 tests.
Your Main KPI

Did a split test yesterday. Raised 2 of our adsets in an ABO campaign up 20%, didn't touch the 3rd.
The 2 I raised shit the bed CPR wise.
Do you guys notice this happens every time you bump spend, even slightly?
Currently attempting to scale my low ticket ascension funnel on paid ads.
Doing $300k/m organically through this offer, will be documenting my process on paid.
