I entrusted my suitcase to @easyJet, expecting it to be returned safely. After flight EJU4863 (Paris Orly–Nice), my luggage arrived with a forced and broken lock. I have traveled my entire life and never experienced this. Deeply disappointing for a so-called first-world standard.

What a shame !
I paid a deposit for the mini-bar at the check-in at Aloft London. I was supposed to be reimbursed in 3-5 days, it’s been 2 weeks !!
I called last week, they told me that they would relaunch the refund. Still nothing! I want my money back
