Teachers in Russia are making tin foil hats to protect themselves from external NATO influence.
The patriotic initiative "Helmet of the Fatherland" was meant to demonstrate readiness for protection against NATO satellites' radiation. Teachers completed the task and reported on their work with photos and videos.
It turned out that the absurd instruction was sent to the teachers by a Belarusian prankster.

My aesthetic beliefs are perfectly aligned with my political beliefs bc both value pluralism. You can wear a traditional coat and tie if you want, or not! But there are parameters to learning how to speak well. You can't just smash letters together and expect to communicate.
@basturder @gabrielenguard I've not bothered arguing with the chuds for a decade or so and grew bored of even mocking them over the past 5 or so. Occasionally you catch one with enough of a glimmer of self-awareness to actually make hurting them worthwhile, but even then, it's only ever pointless or sad.

As ever, I think it's more useful to think about clothes as history and social language, rather than a meaningless cycle of "trends." Once you know the language, you are in a better position to work with its language. Everything in your closet has a backstory.
