@bt_uk No this is what the FTTP team has shown not to be able to help with. And your 40min wait times and call backs that don’t say anything helpful or new are customer torture not service : (
@bt_uk Thanks for the DM. But we don’t care about FTTP. We were just told this is what we should get for that address when we talked to sales. And now we are left stranded. We are happy to change to normal fibre as long as it is switched on next week... @Ofcom@WhichMoney @OmbudServices
@bt_uk Thanks for your DM. The issue is this has been going on since promise date of 30/4! We keep being told to have a call back in another few days and the same non-committal talk. No action. You want us to give up and change provider? Sue BT for lost earnings? We are at our wits end.
@bt_uk You mean to spend ANOTHER 40min in a queue to be told we’d be called in a few days to be then told AGAIN we’d be called in a few days with an appointment that AGAIN isn’t attended by any engineer... we have been in this loop for weeks. I’ll next send an invoice for our time #help
@gabsNH@bt_uk This is an endless circle of utter hopelessness. I suspect it would be quicker and easier to colonise Mars than it is to get broadband from BT.
