@AsdaServiceTeam I shouldn’t have to do that every time. What’s the point of having refund requests within the app if they’re just auto rejected? I’ve also been denied one for a missing item? Make it make sense. Why am I paying for things that are either damaged or missing?

@trishfletcheruk @Morrisons UPDATE: it’s c.9 hours later. We have been charged more than £100 for food we haven’t received, I’ve spent more than an hour on phone calls with @Morrisons and STILL no sign of it being delivered.

Honestly this is the WORST online grocery shopping experience I’ve ever had.

@Morrisons After a 15 minute wait I finally spoke to a woman who can tell me precisely nothing other than we have to waste the first day of our holiday waiting for this order to arrive.
The driver does have the ability to communicate but apparently has decided not to.
