Tired of the larp tech, so I built something real, and it’s open source.
Introducing Gachapad: a launchpad built on https://t.co/3nM8ou0RYb’s new packs update, fully open source.
https://t.co/HSXlqMqwwJ
https://t.co/3nM8ou0RYb now sells graded card packs from Collector Crypt’s machines. Gachapad turns that into infrastructure: every coin launched gets its own gacha machine.
How it works:
• Launch a coin and pick its machine: Pokémon, One Piece, sports and more
• The fee split is locked on https://t.co/3nM8ou0RYb at launch, with the admin revoked
• 80% of the coin’s creator fees buy packs, and every card stays inside that coin’s machine
• Holders burn the coin to pull a card, picked by a Solana block anyone can verify
• 20% of all fees buys and burns $GACHA
Built to be verified:
• A pull costs the average card value + 10%, priced at the coin’s lowest price of the last 10 minutes
• One pull at a time per machine, and only finalized burns count
• Every pull’s card list, block and seed are public and can be recomputed
• Every fee, pack, card and burn is an on-chain transaction
The engine, the site and the full test suite are open source under MIT.

Launch a coin with its own gacha machine in three steps:
Name it and add an image

The fee split locks in the same flow. From then on, every trade’s fees fill your machine with real graded cards.

$Gachapad is the root of every machine.
Every coin launched on Gachapad sends 20% of its creator fees to buy $Gachapad on the market and burn it, automatically and on-chain.
More machines, more volume, less $Gachapad.

Yes. Every coin’s fee split is locked on-chain with the admin revoked, and every payout, pack buy, card transfer and $GACHA burn is a public tx.

Cards stay inside the coin’s machine. Nothing is airdropped or burned.
To get one, you burn the coin: a pull costs the average card in the machine + 10%, a Solana block picks your card, and it’s sent to your wallet.
Every pull burns supply.
40 minutes from Gachapad launch:
• 3 coins launched
• $90K+ in 24h volume
• 179K $GACHA bought and burned by fees
Every coin gets its own gacha machine. Next up: the first pack rip.

Fee distributions are fully restored.
https://t.co/3nM8ou1pNJ’s latest update holds creator fees on-chain until they’re swept. Our engine now sweeps them itself before every payout, on the bonding curve and after graduation.
No fees were lost. The fix is open source:

Fixed.
Creator fee distributions are back on. The engine now handles https://t.co/3RerPHNA2G’s new fee sweep itself, so every coin’s fees flow to its machine and the $GACHA burn again.

We’re aware of the issue with creator fee distributions and we’re fixing it ASAP.
A https://t.co/3nM8ou0RYb update changed how creator fees are paid out. No fees are lost: they’re safe on-chain in each coin’s creator vault and will be distributed as soon as the fix is live.
Trading is unaffected.

Every pull on Gachapad is verifiable.
When you burn, the card list is frozen and hashed. A Solana block about 40 slots later picks the card. Nobody, us included, can know it in advance.

Your coin’s fees buy real cards.
80% of every Gachapad coin’s creator fees buys graded card packs from the machine it picked at launch. The cards never leave the machine until a holder burns the coin to pull one.
The split is locked on https://t.co/3nM8ou0RYb.
