@KenyaAirways a month ago I lodged a complaint. Actually , two. You’re still asking me to be patient while you address it. Are you hoping that if you keep quiet long enough I will let it go?? You can’t treat loyal paying customers with contempt and expect us to just swallow it.

@MOHmentalhealth @kenya_mental @360Mental @AAR_Healthcare This doctor asked me three times about my medications and very specifically about benzodiazepines. I told her thrice I’ve never been on them. She didn’t believe me. was for insurance. I will be surprised if they take me.
