Having a blast! This is my entry for the build contest - This is my own work, as a solo player. Sentinel City - Sietch Fajr. Had to repost since X doesn't let me edit! @DuneAwakening#duneawakening
@SpeakerMcCarthy As a sane 33 year old man who has been pro America, pro family, pro freedom my whole life I must say You're insane. What you're doing to our country is insane. Stop.
In the 40s we fought fascism. As a country. As a world. You spread fascism. You are taking us backwards.
@POTUS I will also say to anyone that thinks you need an AR-15 for self defense, tell me what you need it for that a pistol can't do in a self defense situation.
Furthermore. If we are to keep assault rifles legal we need better laws. It's stupidly easy to obtain a firearm.
@POTUS I will gladly give my AR-15 through a buyback program.
I am a responsible gun owner who understands I don't need an AR-15. It's a hobby that I find fun; to shoot targets and better my skills as a marksman.
However it needs to be a complete ban across the board. No exceptions.
The indictment of a former president is unprecedented.
But so too is the unlawful conduct in which Trump has been engaged.
A nation of laws must hold the rich and powerful accountable, even when they hold high office.
Especially when they do.
To do otherwise is not democracy.
@BillPascrell How have we gone from pushing fascism back (normandy, D-Day, WW2 in general) to allowing this kind of behavior?
Our grandparents created a golden age for us. Our parents robbed our generation and now 30 years of ignoring the rise of internal fascism has brought us here.
@vegan_walker@ericareport It's almost like nobody was alive when January 6th happened. On live TV.
I have almost 500gb of data from January 6th alone from data dumps immediately after.
Too many people follow him to risk civil war. That's the only reason feet are dragging. He got others to power.
So, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy — knowing that Tucker Carlson intentionally lied to his viewers about the 2020 election — gave Tucker Carlson more than *41,000* hours of January 6th footage. Let's be clear: this is the definition of state-run media & is a betrayal to our nation.
@RepRaskin Anyone else remember leaded gasoline and the scientists paid to keep quiet. Or worse. The scientists paid to lie? Big oil doesn't care about humanity. Only money.
@JohnFetterman Why scrap the filibuster? Why not go back to what the filibuster originally was?
Talking, standing, nonstop to try and sway others to your point of view. If you stopped for (x time) the filibuster was over and the vote continued.
@SenSchumer Term. Limits. Please.
The American people are becoming increasingly aware and frustrated at the backwards notion that lifetime positions are good. It's only good for those in power.
Lifetime appointments don't promote change. Don't promote progress or improvement.
@markham223@tyizar@SenSchumer Or change it. There was a time that the filibuster meant standing and talking nonstop, without pause to explain why you are holding the vote up. If you stopped for (x time) your filibuster was over.
It was meant as a way to encourage different thinking.
@TasersEdge @TippyTaff @TheDailyShow Can confirm. Moving to the rural Midwest has been quite a shock. I went to the firing range and overhead the other enthusiasts talking about the new sheriff. "As long as he's a republican, I don't care much for politics"
I'll never forget that. It truly is frightening.
@blaq_Alien1 @LovAndPeaches@RMarcMunoz I argue we are all very complicated strands of energy that have been pushed out by the "big bang. We are the result.
You may have been told different by other people, but it's their opinion. you may have been very impressed by those people but it's still their opinion.
@DLCoreyFord @Gritty20202 I am sorry to hear that. Maybe try making a new resume. Freshen up a cover letter describing how much energy and positive impact you can bring to those around you.
A manager looking at applications will want someone who can follow their lead, and also be easy to get along with.
@DLCoreyFord @Gritty20202 After a while you'll learn that computers are really easy machines to operate. You could then learn how networks work, or how cyber security works, or coding/engineering
I know a lot of folks that learn how to code. Which is just learning another language, for computers.
@DLCoreyFord @Gritty20202 Hello. Your post touched me. I would like to offer some advice which may or may not apply to your situation/abilities.
Try looking into remote work. Look into IT. You can learn everything on youtube for free.
