@fedexhlpcs The package delivery date is consistently incorrect. One package, 485097658038, says it’s going to be delivered by end of day today yet it’s still at FedEx in Norcross. This package needs an adult signature! The second package, 397810530044, says it also will be delivered today.

@FedExHelp I think y’all need to take a serious look at your software. For my 2 current shipments, it says to be delivered by end of day. The first shipment is still at the local FedEx warehouse and the second is still in Wisconsin! One of these requires a signature!
