Fascinating how so many people are out here saying “this doesn’t happen” and “this is a made up MAGA problem.”

So let me shed some light… This happened to my little girl (and at the time I was a staunch Democrat who had just voted for Joe Biden.)

I went public and discovered it had happened to many others. I sued all the way to the Supreme Court — along with other affected parents.

The school district admitted to and defended it, in legal documents. Justice Alito called our case “troubling and tragic” and an issue of “great and growing national importance.”

It was a living nightmare that almost destroyed my child.

But willfully ignorant TDS sufferers will claim mine was an isolated incident…

The gaslighting phase has ended. Parents who’ve endured the horrors of the secret school transition of our kids can no longer be denied. There’s too many of us now. We’re going to end this nightmare for other parents, no matter how many people play pretend that we don’t exist.

@baseballkyle999 @paulg You aren’t addressing the point. You are stuck on a narrative that somehow these people were evil / wrong. How do you know they “murdered people” unprovoked? That doesn’t match the historical record. Attacks were mutual and vicious by both sides and initiation was not one sided.

There are no enforcement or prevention mechanisms. Literally anyone could walk into this country and organize mass fraudulent voting. Any of our adversaries can influence our elections by entering the country and registering themselves or any number of fake people to vote. Then requesting mail in ballots. All they need to do is provide proof of residency. Not really that hard to do or manufacture. Why is this so controversial? Why do you want to allow even the possibility of fraudulent voting? If you actually cared about voting accessibility you would be advocating for legitimate ways to easily verify identity that don’t make it hard to vote. What about blockchain tech for votes? Hell. I’d run some servers for that!

How could you know? The mechanisms for enforcement aren’t in place and there are plenty of individual reports to the contrary. There is literally nothing stopping anyone from registering illegally then going to vote or just using another persons name. As a result people don’t trust our elections. The solution is really simple. Introduce the method of enforcement. Trust rises as a result because then we can know if it’s happening. What’s the problem?

I do a 10 hour trip and have to stop 3 times. 15, 15, 5 minutes. Add one more 15 minute charge or extend one of the earlier charges if I want to arrive with a high soc. Thats it. Car is often done before I am done with the stop. Faster would be nice, but it’s not even something I consider.

That is just sales taxes for qualified facilities for specific kinds of equipment. Which honestly makes sense. It doesn’t exempt data centers from property taxes, income taxes, etc.

Usually large projects will make a deal with the government, but usually that deal is far out weighed by the economic opportunities presented.
