Just In:
First female president of OPEC and Minister of Petroleum.
When reform-driven leaders become ensnared in the scapegoat machinery of Nigeria’s toxic political culture, the result is often the weaponization of allegations, as reflected in the case of Diezani Alison-Madueke.
Watch as Diezani Alison-Madueke recounts her story following her legal victory in the United Kingdom.

Rivers Politics:
I have been informed by an insider that Nyesom Wike's son is allegedly getting married to O.K. Chindah’s daughter, so there is a need to make sure O.K. Chindah becomes governor of Rivers.
Nyesom Wike can't fool Rivers people. Rivers State is not a tool.
Rivers people, stand up!!
Rivers Politics
For 8 years, Nyesom Wike, as governor of Rivers State, didn't promote your parents and relatives as civil servants. Zero welfare, just flyovers in Obio/Akpor with inflated costs entering his pockets to open HyperCity.
Governor Sim Fubara, within his first year in office, gave your parents and relatives double promotions for all workers in both states across LGAs.
Sim Fubara didn't bother about the money he would gather. He ensured that Rivers people were doing very well, not just politicians.
Such a man is the person you want to trade for heartless Nyesom Wike.
Think twice!!
Diezani Alison-Madueke:
Diezani Alison-Madueke’s defense narrowed prosecution allegations to limited disputed transactions directly attributable to her.
Her counsel emphasized that the prosecution bears the burden of proof, while reimbursement testimonies strengthened the defense's legal position considerably.
What once dominated headlines as a sensational corruption narrative is increasingly being narrowed in court to disputed transactions lacking comprehensive evidential backing. The proceedings now suggest substantial progress for Alison-Madueke as the matter approaches jury deliberation.
Gov. Fubara Reaffirms APC Membership
Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara has reaffirmed his commitment to the membership of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Gov. Fubara stated this on Wednesday after inspecting the reconstructed Rivers State Psychiatric Hospital, which has been remodeled into a general hospital in Rumuigbo, Obio/Akpor Local Government Area.
The governor said reports and interpretations circulating on social media suggesting otherwise are false, insisting that he remained committed to the APC and its overall interests.
“I’m a member of the All Progressives Congress and nothing has changed. People should stop using whatever situation they pick up from social media or their personal interpretation to present me wrongly. I have not gone anywhere. I remain a member of the APC,” he said.
Speaking on the hospital project, Gov. Fubara explained that the decision to remodel the psychiatric hospital into a general hospital followed the administration’s discovery of inadequate healthcare services within the area during an earlier inspection visit.
According to him, the nearest major medical facility available to residents was the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital, which he described as too far for many communities in the axis.
He said the government considered it necessary to establish a general hospital within the facility to cater to residents of Rumuigbo and neighbouring communities.
Gov. Fubara expressed satisfaction with the completion of the project.
He described it as a fulfilled promise by his administration.
He said the hospital project reflected his administration’s commitment to prioritising projects that directly impact the lives and wellbeing of Rivers people.
Diezani Alison-Madueke: It's time to come home.
The defense of Diezani Alison-Madueke has gained major traction at the Southwark Crown Court, with serious cracks emerging in the prosecution’s case.
Her legal team exposed evidential inconsistencies, missing records, and what appears to be selective prosecution.
Social media fabrication isn't the same as providing evidence in court.
As proceedings near conclusion, the momentum increasingly favors Alison-Madueke, with growing indications that the prosecution has struggled to establish a solid and convincing case.
