month should never have their production app offline for 4+ days because YOUR
migration silently downgraded their paid workspace to Free.
This is not a minor bug.

for 48h+. Your failed Teams→Pro migration downgraded my workspace to Free and
your billing won't let me re-subscribe. Real customers are affected. 3 emails,

I lost access. My paid workspace got downgraded to Free, my live app is down
48h+, and I can't re-subscribe — billing forces it to my personal account.

plan onto my PERSONAL account instead of my Sikmo Digital workspace — so I
literally cannot pay you to bring my app back.
