Replit already scans your packages and your codebase. Now it scans your app the way an external attacker would see it, out in the wild, looking for doors you left unlocked.
Run a Level 3 scan from your Security Center.

made a website on Replit in 24 hours just by typing "do this, do that, change this, ok make it look like XYZ, add this, remove that"
that looks so good design-wise it would have cost at least 5-10k and taken weeks of back and forth with a dev
genuinely love replit so much
the team shipped some good stuff this week 🛴
my favourite part: you can create, inspect, update, and publish @Replit projects from ChatGPT, Claude, Slack, or another MCP client.
also new:
- Choose a workspace region in North America, Europe, or Asia
- Move eligible apps from Replit Auth to Clerk Auth
- Share workspace skills across your team
- See inline charts in conversations
I know so many first-time entrepreneurs building on Replit who simply don’t have the funds to spend heavily on usage, but are working on great projects.
I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to spend thousands of dollars a month.
The difference that creates has been pretty palpable.
Free Mode is going to help even the playing field. It will allow these young and aspiring entrepreneurs I know to move so much faster, experiment more, and give their ideas a real shot.
And nota bene: a lot of these projects are genuinely worth pursuing, IMO.
Stacked show today! 🎬

Live Q&A throughout. Come with questions.

hot take: you shouldn’t have to know whether an idea is worth building before you get to try it 😅
I find that when every build has a cost, you start judging your ideas before you know what they could become. not every experiment needs a perfect plan or a clear purpose. sometimes you just want to see if something works, and that’s often where you learn the most.
this launch gives you more room to follow that curiosity, make the weird first version, and see where it goes. and you know I love experimenting :)
@Replit has always been about making creation more accessible. to me, this removes two quiet barriers: the cost of experimenting and the pressure to have everything figured out before you begin.
you’d be surprised how much you can create in Free Mode ✨
watch the video demo I made to see how it all works ↓
Vibe coding company Replit debuted Free Mode today, a new feature powered by OpenAI’s GPT-5.6 Luna model. The joint announcement, shared exclusively with Fortune, heralds an enhanced partnership between the two tech companies that will see them work on several future products.

replit needs a serious rebrand to move out of the vibe-coding era. it served them well but their product is much better now. And with options like gpt-5.6-luna they can serve great intelligence within their subscriptions without going broke.
