Pour le Liban, nous devons agir sur trois axes.
Premièrement, demander le retrait israélien du Liban. Deuxièmement, préparer l'après-FINUL et désarmer progressivement le Hezbollah. Troisièmement, renforcer les forces armées libanaises.
It is almost understandable that displaced Shiites still cling to Hezbollah and Nabih Berri after half a century of indoctrination. Sociology can explain many things. But the real intellectual mystery of Lebanon is different: how some Christians still rally behind Michel Aoun and his sanctioned son-in-law Gebran Bassil. At some point ideology ends… and statistics about national IQ quietly begin.
Pardonnez-moi d’interrompre votre scrolling compulsif en ces temps mouvementés mais je viens d’apprendre que « échec et mat » vient du persan Shāh māt (شاه مات) : « le roi est mort ».

You should be arrested for being Hezbollah's biggest collaborator, along with your brainrotted father in law.
Have you no shame? You haven't even wiped Nasrallah's jizz from your lips!

I spoke today with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as well as with the President of the Lebanese Republic, Joseph Aoun, and Prime Minister Nawaf Salam, to discuss the situation in Lebanon, which is very concerning.
I reiterated the need for Hezbollah to immediately cease its attacks against Israel and beyond. This strategy of escalation is a major fault that is jeopardizing the entire region.
Likewise, I urged the Israeli Prime Minister to preserve Lebanon’s territorial integrity and to refrain from a ground offensive. It is important that the parties return to the ceasefire agreement.
France will continue, together with its partners, to support the efforts of the Lebanese Armed Forces so that they can fully carry out their missions of sovereignty and put an end to the threat posed by Hezbollah.
In response to the humanitarian emergency in southern Lebanon, France will take immediate action to support displaced Lebanese populations.
Our solidarity with the Lebanese people and our commitment to regional stability remain at the heart of our action.
