@piersmorgan If this proves to be politically motivated, perhaps it’s time to acknowledge that @Nigel_Farage concerns for his safety shouldn’t have been dismissed. Political violence has no place in a democracy, and credible threats deserve attention before, not after a tragedy.
@piersmorgan God forbid anything does happen to Mr Farage.
He has said time and time again he gets death threats and the establishment/media pay no attention.
All the replies I’ve read, not one has mentioned his safety as an elected Member of Parliament and now, his own family.
@andyburnham A new leader who wants to change the country must first clearly set out exactly what they plan to do. Then call a General Election to get the people’s consent.
Otherwise, you’re not leading , you’re dictating without a mandate.
You mean men, men who claim to be women. You are a national broadcaster that consistently obfuscates facts around sex because you’ve taken an ideological position the public overwhelmingly rejects. This isn’t news, it’s propaganda.
The British civil service scrapped its Numerical Reasoning Test because it believed ethnic minorities were too dumb to pass it.
Talk about institutional racism!
At last we are to have an official grooming gang inquiry in London. The survivors I hope will see justice. Those that chose to brush it under the carpet need to be held to account. It’s the scandal of the century #london#groominggangs#scandal#inquiry
These Grooming Gang investigations must be everything the original ‘investigations’ weren’t - forensic, wide-ranging, and utterly uncompromising about where the facts lead.
This scandal has shamed Britain and the disgraceful cover-up betrayed many 1000s of young victims.
One of the craziest things about the UK rape gang scandal is that it's largely considered a 'right wing' concern.
In a sane, serious country, it would be completely bipartisan. In fact, it wouldn't even be seen as a political issue, but one of basic justice and morality.
@BBCNews Broadcasters like @BBC, @ITV, @Channel4, @channel5_tv and @SkyNews overwhelmingly push a left-wing worldview that feels increasingly out of touch with the majority of the public. They routinely downplay or ignore stories and perspectives that most people actually care about.
South Wales Police has instructed officers to log comments they feel are beyond "legitimate" criticism of Islam.
This is, exactly as I warned, a blasphemy law through the back door.
Nobody voted for this.
