@McDonaldsUK and @ubereats_uk really don't know what the hell is going on between them when it comes to ordering.
Honestly, there should be some sort of legal precedent for what they get up to considering they keep blaming each other for their mess ups.

@ubereats_uk The problem we seem to be having here is that you're not taking responsibility for your drivers via DM. You've literally batted it back to @McDonaldsUK, and their pages have literally said that you are responsible.
Who is it going to be before I get @CTSI_UK to look further?
@McDonalds Seems to be a recurring trend with your delivery partner - my wife ordered via the UK McApp (order 4B9C8) - received wrong order. Tried going through both your services to get assistance, and via @ubereats_uk to resolve but keep going round in AI circles. What to do?
@SkyUK@Brsk_uk Here's one for you. (NB: happened with @virginmedia as well when I was with them, but was never solved).
Whenever connected to WiFi, any video comes up with what image attached shows. Yet, I'm in the UK. Turn off and use @O2 web... no issue. This is... annoying.
@virginmedia@SkyUK@Brsk_uk@O2 Sadly not, considering your teams weren't able to retain my custom. This one was a bit of a pain that I'd tried to speak to you about on a number of occasions but couldn't resolve. It wasn't a determining factor as to why I moved onto @Brsk_uk though, other needs came into play.
Added notes:
- I'm not using any VPNs.
- This has been an ongoing issue with VM on numerous occasions, and seems to be some sort of routing between VM (or similar providers) to Sky content, and surely needs looking at.
Why does it work when using O² net but not anyone else's?
@virginmedia I would normally be keen to listen, but being left with the feeling that many years of loyalty to yourselves were just thrown on a heap. That's left quite the aftertaste if I'm honest, so I'll be continuing with my disconnection notice and moving elsewhere.
Kinda laughable when @virginmedia try to get you to change your mind about going to another provider - and when they say "oh, we can offer you an exclusive deal!", they leave a BLANK LINK in the email.
Kinda laughable, really. So much for practically 14 years of loyalty...

@virginmedia Considering that I could get 1G U/D at £35, plus we don't tend to bother with TV or landlines anymore, it's a no brainer. 14yrs loyalty personally plus however much longer with family (back to Yorkshire Cable days!) so must be knocking 30yrs... not even considered.
@virginmedia To be fair, needs have changed, and I intimated this to two advisors in three days. The first chap I spoke to said he couldn't do anything as I was 3d outside of the "official" 30 days, where as your second advisor basically gave me [what in essence is 500mb] Volt 1G @ £42/mth.
