@BethRigby well Burnham has drawn the battle lines in this speech. I fear he doesn't quite get what battles he will now face internally. The paradox is obvious. A speech about external challenges will now be muddied with internal infighting. Lack of money & political agreement incoming

This is the nearest she got: "We overhauled planning rules to get the homes and infrastructure we need built." She did mention the Tolpuddle Martyrs though.
