@AskHalifaxBank after months got my new phone.......but you must learn from others (nat west) how to run a phone insurance service properly

[federico gagliardo @gagliardo]

@AskHalifaxBank appreciate your effort

[federico gagliardo @gagliardo]

@AskHalifaxBank Why do you use an incompetent third party to 'fix' phone's? After paying more then £144 a yr for year, you'de expect a new 1

[federico gagliardo @gagliardo]

@AskHalifaxBank Please answer this...why do I have to wait FOUR WEEKS to receive a reply to my complaint regarding phone insurance?...

[federico gagliardo @gagliardo]

@AskHalifaxBank 'here to help'? Perhaps you should help with answering Q regarding PHONE INSURANCE! Why is this taking so long! Shocking!!!

[federico gagliardo @gagliardo]

@NatWest_Help Halifax insurance is a joke! I am sure you treat your customers better!

[federico gagliardo @gagliardo]

@AskHalifaxBank Why Nat West phone insurance in 2 DAYS they gave to a friend at work a new phone and HALIFAX phone insurance after months NO

[federico gagliardo @gagliardo]

@AskHalifaxBank people don't buy the phone insurance with Halifax, why!!!!
Because when a problem arise YOU have to solve it not THEM.

[federico gagliardo @gagliardo]

@AskHalifaxBank yes via email and now am on a waiting game because for them it takes four weeks to formulate an answer (why 4 weeks)

[federico gagliardo @gagliardo]

@AskHalifaxBank the insurance scam is operating fine
4 MORE WEEKS TO WAIT FOR AN ANSWER

[federico gagliardo @gagliardo]

@AskHalifaxBank I can wait another 5 working days, that make a total of 10 because I all ready did one complain 5 days ago

[federico gagliardo @gagliardo]

@AskHalifaxBank the only thing odd in all this story it is you and your's partners the "LSG company"

[federico gagliardo @gagliardo]

@AskHalifaxBank I just sent another complain to your web site.
Let see how long it take for you to reply my email now.

[federico gagliardo @gagliardo]

@AskHalifaxBank (continuation) they denied it...they then had the cheek to send me a pic of the phone inside and out with my IMEI number!

[federico gagliardo @gagliardo]

@AskHalifaxBank they said they'd repair the phone, when it was sent back it was a different phone! I know because IMEI number was wrong!

[federico gagliardo @gagliardo]

@AskHalifaxBank Hi, I have an account with you I closed the URC account due to bad service I received when I reported my phone damaged.

[federico gagliardo @gagliardo]

@AskHalifaxBank your insurance policy is an absolute scam! People pay for years and receive no compensation when damage occurs!

[federico gagliardo @gagliardo]

@AskHalifaxBank Dont buy inusrance from halifax, absolute scam! I paid for years and received no compensation when my phone got damaged!!!!!

[federico gagliardo @gagliardo]
