TRUMP'S @TheJusticeDept ADMITTED IN A COURT FILING THAT JOE BIDEN WON THE 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION!!

Here's The Backstory:
On July 25, 2025, a man named Nicholas Wilson sued @realDonaldTrump as a pro se plaintiff in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California — Wilson v. Trump, No. 2:25-cv-02086.

His ONLY claim is that Trump violated the 22nd Amendment, which bars being elected President more than twice. Wilson argued that Trump’s OWN statements and claims that he won in 2020 presidential election meant that Trump was elected in 2016, 2020, and 2024, and he asked that Trump be removed from office.

And then, on June 9, 2026, @TheJusticeDept attorney Rachel R. Davidson filed a motion to dismiss this case by plainly admitting:
"In 2020, Joe Biden was elected President."

On September 8, 2026, a magistrate judge recommended dismissing the case with prejudice.

BREAKING: VICTORY! Trump suffers a HUMILIATING defeat as the Federal Reserve's top watchdog concludes that their headquarters renovations did NOT violate federal law — destroying his smear of Jerome Powell.

"At no point during our evaluation did we find reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of federal criminal law had occurred requiring a referral to the U.S. Attorney General in accordance with the Inspector General Act," the new 120-page report from Michael Horowitz, the Fed's inspector general, stated.

Not only that, but the IG found no serious problems with the renovation features that Trump has whined are "ostentatious." The truth, of course, is that the President was simply weaponizing complaints about the Fed headquarters to smear then-Chairman Powell as punishment for refusing to lower interest rates. Now, with this report, we have the proof.

Horowitz further wrote that his investigation, which lasted over a year, "did not identify administrative misconduct during our evaluation." They did uncover some areas where the project could be more "effectively managed" and gave recommendations to effectuate that outcome. Crucially, no malfeasance or wrongdoing was uncovered, which is what Trump has been clamoring about.

The Trump administration was clearly hoping for a very different conclusion in this report because back in January it was revealed that the Justice Department — which has been a corrupt tool of Trump's agenda — opened a criminal investigation into Powell and the renovation project. Those efforts were dropped in April and this exonerating report destroys their narrative for good.

"The threat of criminal charges is a consequence of the Federal Reserve setting interest rates based on our best assessment of what will serve the public, rather than following the preferences of the president," Powell said at the time. "This is about whether the Fed will be able to continue to set interest rates based on evidence and economic conditions, or whether instead monetary policy will be directed by political pressure or intimidation."

This is what happens when you stand up to Trump's bullying. His lies eventually collapse and he's sent packing with his tail between his legs.
