At some point, the “Jace, Luke and Joff were bastards” argument stops mattering.
Viserys recognized them as his legitimate grandsons, Corlys publicly claimed them as Velaryons, and Rhaenyra continued that recognition when she inherited the throne.
Westeros can question their parentage all it wants, but legally and politically, they were recognized as heirs.

after watching Spider-Man: Brand New Day, shouldn’t Ned still remember being “the guy in the chair” for Spider-Man? And shouldn’t both Ned and MJ remember working alongside him during No Way Home, even if they don’t remember Peter?

so why does Ned’s motivation for finding Spider-Man seem to be just wanting to thank the guy who saved them? Shouldn’t he feel like he already knows Spider-Man because he was literally his partner in crime? 👀
